What we do with your email
Almost nothing, which is the point. Here it is in plain terms.
What we collect
Only what you type into a giveaway entry form — an email address, plus the date and time it was submitted. We don’t ask for your name, address or anything else unless you’ve won and we need to ship a prize.
Why we have it
To run the giveaway: to remove duplicate entries, to draw a winner, and to contact that winner. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t send marketing to entrants.
Who sees it
Just the two of us. We don’t sell, rent or share entry lists with anyone.
Where it’s stored
Entries go into a Google Form and its response sheet, held in our own Google account and protected by it. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both companies handle data under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Until the giveaway has been closed out and the prize sent, and no longer than 90 days after that. Then the list is deleted.
Getting your entry removed
Email hello@kennyanddon.com from the address you entered and we’ll delete it. No questions asked, though it does mean you’re out of that draw.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set any of its own, and there’s no analytics or tracking on it. Embedded YouTube links and the Google entry form follow Google’s own cookie behaviour once you interact with them.
